Avnindra is an Agri-business professional for last 20 years with exposure to various geographies of India across businesses ranging from fertilizers and agrochemicals (bio and chemical both) to agri & non-agri retail, project conceptualization on various sub-domains of agriculture, supply chain of agri-produce for fruits and vegetable processing, delivering farmer-level extension of Govt. support in the form of seeds and fertilizers in the capacity of Business Head.
Having understood dynamics of agri-business ranging from farmers’ psyche, evaluation of agri-technique as a business proposition, dissemination of knowledge, exploring new agri-technologies, developing business models, understanding employee psyche, employee capacity building to managing storage & logistics, finance & accounts of businesses which he has led in various corporate entities. He has done his Masters in Agriculture in the discipline of Plant Breeding& Genetics from College of Agriculture, Indore-MP-India.
